Can you plant them in the ground?
Brilliant Robbie🤓👍
I was just thinking of u hope your well
I am so happy i have found you channel..i am growing Echinops for the first time this year..i have got mine in pots, but it does look like they need more room..Thing thing is i have got that clay soil,i mean i could dig a hole put some compost/soil in it,but would the roots grow through that thick clay like soil..Mind you i have been suprised what can grow in that stuff.. You know your Echinops germinated on the flower head, well that happened with one of my poppy heads, the seed head was open & i just left it in the soil..anyway i forgot i had left that poppy head there, picked it up & was suprised to see a little poppy growing..Nature is amazing,do you know what i find sometimes??,if you leave seeds, flowers, plants to get on with it instead of fussing over them they take off..like with rosemary, been trying to root it forever, read up best techniques & everything..i put 2 tiny pieces in soil & they have rooted,i forgot about a piece of rosemary i had put in water in the garden that had rooted, but i think i had left it to long in the water, shame is was a nice big piece.. Sorry i always get carried away,i get so excited talking about it all.. Really appreciate you sharing your knowledge & expierance with us,i love the gardening/allotment community.. I am so happy that i found your channel.. Have a blooming(see what i done there lol,omg i would have pulled a face when i was a teenager at that🤣🤣) Fantastic day & keep on inspiring people, thankyou ☮🦋🌱🌺🐝💜☮🦋🌱🌺🐝💜
Great video, thank you!
Omg i love mine i have a few of these but they were looking a bit dead apart from new growth so last month i chopped the dead looking bits off and there was loads of white stuff comingbout and it was dripping all iver!!! I didnt know it was toxic! Eek! Im still here though ha!
Love how excited you get and no faffing… just movingbon from one plant to the other quickly but with quick info. I love your videos!
Just found your channel as i was looking for info on hollyhocks. Wow! Best video! Straight to the point , no long slow chatting etc. Im going to watch some of your others now!
Great video for an amazing plant. Had some from my Aunty and last year managed to give some to my brother and it has come up a treat for him he's over the moon.
thank you for this video! i've had my indoor cyclamen for 5 and a half years now, it has come back every fall and flowered, and still i find myself googling the same question every summer. your explanation has given me more confidence that i will, once again, not kill my plant over the summer :) the most common phrasing i find is "reduce watering" but that isn't very precise - so thank you, for giving a more precise answer and providing visual examples
Thank u easy
caint hear s#/t....
Great video! Thank you for taking the time to share this! Sending love from Minnesota, USA😊❤
Thankyou from Rotorua ,NZ
Try growing Lebanese cyclamen (cyclamen libanoticum).
So funny😂
Kia ora! Great work mate. Kind regards from the most British Dominion, New Zealand! Kia kaha!
Amazing! Thanks u for sharing
Thank you so much! Looking forward to part 3. I love your enthusiasm and humor!
Thanks for sharing. I was sitting outside, wondering if my new boom choccolatta geranium was covered in buds or spent blooms. The plant looks awesome now that it’s been dead headed! ❤
After watching your video we did this almost a year ago and we now have trays of C. hederifolium for the park I work in on the way. Trying to keep the seedlings in growth for as long as possible. Apparently first year seedlings will not go dormant in their first year if kept moist.
This is so brilliant! 😂👏
Thank you!! Btw, has anybody ever told you that you look like Martin Freeman??
Super interesting
Great, thank you! How long do our cutting take to root-generally speaking?
Hi Carey, you should have roots in 2-3 weeks but it may take longer depending upon time of year. I hope this helps, all the best of luck Robbie 🌻
@@stinkyditchnursery750 thank you
I have had a cyclamen plant in my bathroom for the last 9 years Massachusetts USA. It blooms all year. With your help in videos I have successfully pollinated and seeds are growing and planted. They are so beautiful.
You could have your own public TV show. Great personality and valuable info! 👌
Wonderful!!! I’m potting mine up now and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Thank you.
The start of March 2020, a time for optimsm....
Hi from Bristol, did you ever do the PT 3? I can’t seem to find it. Thanks.
Inherited some cyclamen in the garden of a new home, which appeared to apparently die after weeding. Now I know it's just cyclamen being cyclamen. A Google rabbit hole led me here. Thanks for going to the trouble of making this. Both me and the cyclamen can now rest easy.
Hi there from Bristol. I’m so glad I found you! I’ve watched part 1 of how to grow ferns and I’ve taken notes. I’m looking forward to now watching pt 2. It’s the 27th May 24.
I wish you had your own tv show, very good at explaining
I am so glad I found this.Thank you.I have two ferns out side and I love them.I can't wait to have a go at this.Ive just run out to check under neith the leaves and I have two.Im so happy.Keep up the good work.
Wishing you the very best of courage and energy and clarity, Robbie
Fascinating. Never imagined there was so much involved. Nice Green House by the way.
Soooo cute AF.
Pie Crust ... Like a pue crust. 😁✌
Thanks ❤
I was delighted to find your posts. A real nursery with all the human fallibility unlike the primped and polished and photoshopped stuff we get in the US. You inspired me to go after the overgrown weed trees in my shrub line. Keep going, please,
How absurd that you get messages about dirty fingernails.🙄 Your playing in dirt!
New subscriber here in the United States. Love your enthusiasm and passion.
very informative and great video work James!
Will seeds produce the exact same plant, why plant seeds if you can divide the rhizome in iris
Thank you for being so open about your experience. It is very difficult for someone not dealing with this to understand. I’ve been suffering with this same issue for years and have felt alone and ashamed. You have given me relief that I’m not alone.
You're fantastic! I love your voice
Amazing, really helpful, thank you for the positivity and enthusiasm.
Love the Nursery's name :)
Ooo id be interested in watching. The new house im in (120ft) just under the magnolia and beyond is wild. But lots in. I need to get it under control but still wildish.
